Here in Southern Sweden, summer has come to its end and the cool breezes have arrived, bringing with them clouds, wind, and rain (lots of rain!).
This all means that autumn, my favorite time of the year, is here which means stews and soups. Thus, we’ll be sharing our recipe for a favorite autumn stew, “Höstgryta med fläskkött, paprika, vitkål och äpple” or Autumn stew with pork, bell pepper, cabbage, and apple.

Tomorrow (October 4th) is Kanelbullens dag or Cinnamon Bun Day, so to get you all into the spirit, I’m reposting my updated recipe for the famous Swedish kanelbulle or cinnamon bun/roll.
